Product Information

This test system is specially used for temperature rise testing of EV plugs and sockets under rated current, to evaluate the surface heating condition of electrical accessories when loaded with current, and verify whether the terminal temperature rise meets standard requirements. It is also applied to short-time high current withstand test for grounding contacts of EV charging connectors and accessories.

Conforms to IEC 62196-1 Ed.4 CDV 2020 Clause 12.3, Clause 24, Table 10, Clause 34.2, 34.4, 35.4, IEC 62916-2 and IEC 62916-3 standards.
