This advanced test system is designed to rigorously evaluate the mechanical, thermal, and electrical durability of electric vehicle charging interfaces and industrial plugs/sockets under real-world operational conditions. Compliant with the latest GB/T and IEC standards, it performs breaking capacity tests, life cycle (normal operation) tests, and mechanical locking function tests to ensure the connectors withstand repeated use and environmental stress.

Equipped with a servo-driven actuation system, PLC intelligent control, and adjustable 3-axis fixtures, the system supports automatic plug/unplug motion, programmable test cycles, and force monitoring. It can also simulate environmental contamination such as acid rain, saltwater, and turbid water, providing a complete solution for R&D, quality control, and certification laboratories in the EV and industrial power connector industries.
